We accept patients ages 8 years old and up. We offer both in-person visits and telepsychiatry visits. Limited in-person appointments are available at our office in Manassas, Virginia during the following hours: Monday: Closed Tuesday: 10 am - 3 pm Wednesday: 10 am - 3 pm Thursday: 10 am - 3 pm Friday: Closed Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm Sunday: Closed Telepsychiatry available for Virginia. Optins for Marylan and District of Columbia residents coming soon.

Psychiatric Evaluation and/or Consultation (new patient) - $ 300 Medication Management (follow up) - starting at $125
Current Medications
Please, bring or have a way to access all prescribed medications with you to your first appointment. Your provider will prescribe enough medication to last until your next scheduled medication management appointment only. If you miss the scheduled appointment, it is at the provider’s discretion to refill your medications. Please, keep your scheduled appointments.
Cancellations & No-Show Policies
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in order to avoid a late or cancellation fee. Missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $75 fee, which is not covered by insurance and will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be assessed the cancellation fee.
Treatment Dismissal Policy
You have the right to terminate care at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate treatment under the following conditions: (1) If we suspect prescription medication abuse or undisclosed substance abuse. (2) If a prescription drug contract is violated at any time during your treatment. If we believe that our services are no longer beneficial for you. (3) If we believe that you would be better served by a higher level of care or by a different provider. (4) If there is a pattern of frequent cancellations/rescheduling or no-show appointments. (5) If we deem interpersonal dynamics are not conducive to a therapeutic relationship. (6) If you or a family member are hostile or aggressive towards providers, support staff, or other clients.
Emergency & Refill Policies
In the event of a psychiatric emergency please go to your local Emergency Department for assistance, call 911, or call/text 988. Medications will not be refilled outside of business hours, including holidays, nights and weekends. You must allow 72 hours, not including weekends or holidays, for refill requests to be processed. It is your responsibility to request a refill in a timely manner. We reserve the right to decline refills at any time.
